We participate in construction projects of high social value

With decades of experience in the national construction market, we have been involved in the design, inspection, construction, and remodeling of major civil works that have generated significant social impact in key areas such as health, the economy, and education. These projects have improved quality of life and expanded access to essential services for countless people and communities.

Supporting the Integration of Young Talent into the Workforce

At ARAICA, we are an open-door company that encourages young people with little or no prior professional experience to enter the labor market. This allows them to take their first steps in their careers and gain valuable experience with us, whether through internships, part-time positions, or full-time employment.

As an example of the success of this initiative, in October 2024 we welcomed Yafeth Loría and Sofía Rojas, two students from the Monseñor Sanabria Vocational School, for a two-month supervised internship. In January 2025, thanks to their excellent performance, personal qualities, and strong professional potential, both were hired permanently and are now valued members of our team.

Another success story took place in November 2024, when we welcomed Mario Picado, a Civil Engineering student from the University of Costa Rica, for a one-month internship. In January 2025, due to his outstanding performance and potential, Mario was also hired permanently and is now part of ARAICA’s technical team, contributing to the Appraisals and Construction areas.

Encouraging efficiency and energy savings across our administrative and field operations.
Reusing materials and products in civil works whenever possible.
Ensuring the responsible handling and storage of materials in construction projects
Reducing, either fully or partially, the use of toxic and hazardous materials.
