Since 1984, our president has been Mr. Carlos José Bresciani Quirós, and we are registered with the Costa Rican College of Engineers and Architects (CFIA) with CC-00015 card.
Our experience is reflected in the delivery of more than 12,000 tax appraisals and market appraisals throughout Costa Rica, for both public and private clients. These include law firms such as BLP Legal and consulting firms such as E&Y, the Judicial Branch, the CCSS, the INS, Cedes Don Bosco, Mafisa, Guanacaste Development Corp., Las Mareas Holc Inc., Banco Cathay, Transcomer, and others.
